Zero-Touch Onboarding
Self-serve intake, AI-personalized comms, and a real-time status portal — built on a reusable six-layer architecture.

About
I help service businesses turn recurring operational friction into clear, documented, maintainable systems.
Growing teams have more operational work than people to manage it — intake forms filled out by hand, data re-keyed between systems, follow-ups that fall through the cracks, reports assembled manually every week. Building the right processes and systems early is what keeps that from compounding into something harder to fix later.
I am building this practice around a simple idea: small and midsize businesses should be able to benefit from automation without buying a complicated platform or handing their operations to a black box.
My work combines process mapping, no-code automation, Google Workspace, practical AI, documentation, and lightweight dashboards. I focus on systems a client can understand and own after handoff, with human approval wherever judgment, safety, or customer trust matters.
To demonstrate this, I designed a full operations engagement for my family's 85-year-old North Texas propane distributor (used with permission): a self-serve customer onboarding workflow, a structured knowledge base and SOP library that captures 85 years of institutional know-how, and a pilot spec for AI-assisted call handling with explicit safety guardrails. It's the same intake → route → log → notify → surface-status pattern operations teams implement during business onboarding and implementation projects.
